WELCOME TO WOODHOUSE FARM

WE ARE DELIGHTED TO CONFIRM THAT OUR HOLIDAY PARK WILL BE OPEN FOR BOOKINGS ON AND FROM 4 JULY 2020. THERE ARE HOWEVER SOME ADDITIONAL PARK RULES REGARDING YOUR SAFETY DURING THE ONGOING RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19. WE ASK THAT YOU READ THESE RULES AND ADHERE TO THEM WHILE IN THE PARK.

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR UTMOST CONCERN.

Park Rules for the Covid -19 Pandemic

  1. The barrier will continue to operate between the hours of 7.30am and 11.30pm to allow us to continually manage the numbers of individuals on the Park,  if you envisage needing to gain access on and off the Park outside these times then your car must remain on the main car park.  We will sanitise the keypads of the barrier system at numerous times throughout the day, but for your own peace of mind you are advised to either wear gloves or sanitise your hands after use.
  2. Our arrival and departure times have changed to allow us to make sure we can safely operate so we would ask you to bear this in mind when planning your trip - Tourers and Camping – Arrival 2.30pm onwards - Departure 11am at the latest.
Pods - Arrival 4.00pm onwards – Departure 9.30am at the latest.  We would request that when vacating the pods you leave the doors and windows open and leave the key in the pod.
  3. All bookings must be paid for 7 days prior to arrival at the park and wherever possible all payments made on the park should be by card.
  4. During this current period we regret to confirm that outside visitors are not allowed to join you while you are staying with us.
  5. Whilst on the Park you are welcome to roam around freely but must maintain the social distance measures currently in force with both other customers who are not part of your household and the staff.   Please do not meet and gather in large social groups or allow any children to roam unsupervised around the Park.  If you are booked on the park with friends then social distancing should still be maintained and anyone found to be abusing this will politely be asked to leave.
  6. Where there are narrow paths, we will be operating a one-way system to ensure that social distancing can be maintained.
  7. If you are able to, within your unit, we would ask that you use your own facilities wherever possible to ease any burden on the amenity block. Regarding the amenity block, please do not queue inside them to wait for a shower or toilet; please wait outside.  Always ensure that you use the sanitiser before entering.  Please be patient if they are temporarily closed as we must undertake more frequent cleaning.  We are looking at the best practice for opening them as we need to avoid the early morning rush wherever possible.  Limiting the numbers in the amenity block and providing ventilation are two specific worthwhile measure that we can put in place. The occupancy will be a maximum of 6 individuals in the facilities at the top of the Park and 4 individuals in the smaller amenity block for the use of the pod customers.  In any case we would ask you to limit the time spent in them.  In providing ventilation, the doors to the blocks will remain open, so please bear this in mind when you are using them.
  8. When you are using the waste and water points and our waste disposal areas, we would request that you either use sanitiser both before and after using them or wear gloves (PPE).
  9. In all cases we would recommend that you bring with you the basic essentials of soap, hand gel, gloves, toilet roll, hand sanitiser, antibacterial wipes.
  10. Although the Park is open some of the facilities may not be open.  If you would like specific details of which facilities will be open when you visit then check with the Park directly. These will be opened just as soon as they can be in line with the government guidance.  We can only apologise in advance for this.
  11. If you fall ill during your stay and you think you may have Covid -19 then you must immediately inform the Park - by telephone, so that we can assess the possibility of any wider risk to other customers and staff. We would then ask you to return home in a timely manner.

These new measures will be kept under review and re-evaluated and revised as necessary in conjunction with the risk assessment and any changes to the law and government guidance. These Covid-19 rules run alongside our existing Park Rules and supersede them where necessary.   Your co-operation with all the above is expected and we thank you in advance.

In the meantime if you have any questions, please call us on 01765 658309.

Kind regards
